Food For the Future a talk with Rod Everett

This is a free event, with donations gratefully accepted on the evening.

Join Rod Everett, ecologist, researcher and organic/permaculture farmer, for an evening exploring the food system we have and the food system we could create.

For more than 30 years, Rod has worked with organic farming, permaculture, resilient local food systems and wildlife, while running Backsbottom Farm, where he used to raise sheep and is now ready to retire.

This isn’t simply a talk about farming. It’s an opportunity to question how our food is produced, where it comes from and what kind of food system we want to leave for the future.
